I ordered from Yves Rocher one time, and since then it feels like the emails and paper catalogs just keep coming. I’ve tried unsubscribing, but I still get messages, sometimes several in the same week. The catalogs are especially frustrating because they feel wasteful and unnecessary. I only wanted to buy one product, not be added to endless mailings. I also expected clearer instructions on how to actually stop the emails and catalogs completely...
"The scent was just too much for me"
I bought this body lotion thinking it would be nice, but the smell was so strong and strange that I felt like I couldn’t escape it. It gave me a headache quickly, which was really frustrating because I just wanted a simple lotion. I guess I’m stuck with a product I can’t even use. Definitely won’t be reaching for it again...
"Free gift never showed up"
I was supposed to get a free gift with my order, but it never showed up. I tried figuring out what happened, but there were way too many steps just to check on a promo item, and it got frustrating fast. it feels like one of those offers that sounds good until you actually try to redeem it.

"Ingredients didn’t sit right with me"
I bought it thinking it was more on the natural side, but after I actually looked over the ingredient list, I was kind of annoyed. Some of the stuff in there just looked a bit too harsh for what I expected, if that makes sense. I’m not an expert or anything, but it didn’t feel like the clean, simple product I thought I was getting. After using it, my skin felt irritated too, so that pretty much sealed it for me. I won’t be ordering it again. I’d rather stick with brands that are more upfront and clear about what’s actually in their products.

I picked up a few things because the brand made them sound natural and clean, and I really wanted to like them. But once I actually read the ingredient lists, there was still a lot of fragrance and other stuff I usually try to stay away from. After using them twice, my skin started getting itchy, so I stopped. it kind of made me trust the brand a lot less than I did before.

"Somehow made my hair worse"
I tried the Yves Rocher shampoo and conditioner, and I’ll give them this: the bottles look nice and they smell decent, so at least my shower shelf had a little upgrade. Unfortunately, my hair did not. It ended up feeling dry but also weirdly heavy, like I hadn’t rinsed properly even though I definitely had.
After a few washes, my ends started looking rough and my scalp got itchy, which was not exactly the “treat yourself” moment I was hoping for. Maybe it’s great if your hair enjoys being confused, but for me it was a waste of money. I won’t be buying haircare there again.

"Checkout was frustrating, even though I wanted to like it"
I was actually excited to order, and the site seemed easy enough at first, but checkout was a total pain. I tried twice and both times it froze right after I put in my payment info. Then my cart emptied, which made me not want to bother anymore. Part of me thinks maybe it was just a weird glitch, but at the same time, it was annoying enough that I gave up.

"Had to chase them just to find out where my order was"
I ordered from Yves Rocher and the shipping took way longer than expected. The delivery estimate made it seem like it would arrive fairly soon, but then it just sat there for days with barely any updates. I ended up having to chase them to figure out what was going on, which was really frustrating. By the time the package finally showed up, I wasn’t even excited about it anymore. I don’t think I’d order again if shipping is always like this.

"Pretty much what I expected, not worth it for me"
I ordered a few things from Yves Rocher USA because I kept seeing mixed opinions and wanted to give them a fair shot, but it kind of confirmed what I already suspected. The products were smaller than I expected, the total got expensive fast, and nothing felt noticeably better than cheaper stuff I’ve bought elsewhere. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it just didn’t feel worth the money...

"Package showed up in rough shape"
My order came in with the box totally crushed, and one of the bottles had leaked all over the place. There was hardly any padding inside, so everything was just bouncing around in there. For the price I paid, the packaging was disappointing. Now I’ve got to clean up the mess and reach out to support.

Trying to use this website was frustrating. It felt messy and hard to navigate, and the pages kept freezing right when I needed them to work. I had to sit there waiting over and over like I was being forced to practice patience, which is not exactly what I wanted from a website.

I sent my order back a few weeks ago and the refund still hasn’t shown up. I’ve reached out to support a couple of times, but they keep giving me the same vague response without any real update. Maybe they’ve been better in the past, but this recent experience is the one I’m stuck thinking about right now, and it’s disappointing

"The discounts don’t feel that real anymore"
I used to order from Yves Rocher often because the deals seemed decent, but lately it feels like the prices go up first and then they throw a discount on top like it’s some huge bargain. How is that really a sale if the starting price already feels inflated?
Then by the time I actually add things to my cart, half the promo codes don’t apply or the so-called free gift only shows up if you spend way more than you planned. Isn’t that kind of the opposite of a good deal? At this point it just feels frustrating and not really worth the effort.

"Delivery is always a letdown"
I actually like some of the products, but the delivery experience is really frustrating. My order showed up way later than promised, and the tracking barely gave any real updates. When I reached out to customer service, they just sent what felt like a copy-and-paste reply, which feels unfair when people are spending their money and expecting basic communication. If you need your order by a certain time, I wouldn’t risk it.

I got a foundation and a lip color, and the shades were actually nice on me. The foundation though didn’t really stay for very long, at least with my skin it was like that. It’s not bad makeup or anything, I just thought it would be a little better for everyday wearing.

I got charged twice for the same thing and when I reached out to customer service they basically just kept telling me to wait, which is so frustrating because I’m the one missing the money and there doesn’t seem to be any real effort to fix it or even explain what’s going on.

I don’t really trust them anymore. At the end of the day, you expect a company to be straightforward and reliable, and once that trust is gone, it’s hard to just ignore it and keep going like nothing happened.
